Volunteer

Would you like to volunteer? If you are able to give us two hours of your time during the Concord Shakespeare Festival Conference, you can earn free admission for the entire weekend of events! We would greatly appreciate your help!

If you are able to help us with any of the activities listed below, please contact us. Let us know which activity you are interested in and what day or times you would be available. Anyone over the age of 18 may volunteer.

The following are volunteer opportunities:

• Set up/break down: We are looking for a few people who would be available Friday afternoon between 3 and 6 p.m. to set up the Masonic Temple, or Sunday afternoon after 4 p.m. to take everything down. This will involve setting up chairs and moving tables. We also need a few volunteers to set up chairs at the Concord Free Public Library Friday evening at 6 p.m., and take them down at 9 p.m., after the program that evening.
• Registration or Book Table: We are looking for people to check people in who have registered and sign people up who are registering that day. There will also be a separate “Book Table” where books will be sold. This will involve a little paperwork and making change for purchases. You can specify which time of day you are available.
• Greeters: To be present at the door to greet people as they arrive, and offer any assistance needed.
• Dining set up and clean up: We are also looking for people who will set up and clean up the dining area for breaks, and help during the coffee breaks and the Sunday lunch. There are two breaks on Saturday, one morning, one afternoon, coffee Sunday morning, an afternoon coffee break, and Sunday lunch.
